Raíces Coffee Co. was founded by a Honduran daughter who wanted the world to taste what she grew up with — the extraordinary, IHCAFE-protected single-origin coffees of all six Honduras growing regions.

Every bag we sell is traceable to a specific cooperative, a specific altitude, and a specific community of smallholder farmers who have tended this land for generations. We pay above fair-trade rates — because roots matter.
